Her son Captain Frederick Thomas believed to be a prisoner of the Japanese is bringing court action against his wife Mrs. Dorothy Thomas to have the paternity record of her two year old son changed to an unnamed father. Mrs. Grace Thomas charges that the boy was born two years after her daughter in law was evacuated from the Philippines and that her son remained there until his capture.
