Description
In Washington, Dulles is shown as he made a nationwide radio-TV address on disarmament. While he said "some slight progress" has been made at the London disarmament negotiations with Russia and there is reason to hope for more, he served notice on the Kremlin that the United States would not abandon its search for better weapons until final agreement is reached.
