Davis Wilson is shown tapping the Liberty Bell with a rubber mallet, watched by "members of the Continental Congress," (Philadelphia school teachers), in a rehearsal in Independence Hall, Philadelphia of the 150th Anniversary Celebration of the Constitution May 14th to September 17th inclusive. The flags represent those of the original thirteen colonies.
