1959 Press Photo Teddy Nadler in 64000 Question Quiz Show Investigation St Louis

In St. Louis, Missouri, human encyclopedia Teddy Nadler (shown in 1958 photo) said that he received no help during his appearances on the $64,000 Question quiz show. He is called to testify before Congress investigating quiz show scandals. The former $70 a week government clerk piled up $264,000 on the show and said that Congressman could ask him question on English, history, geography, music and sports to "show I'm no fake."
