U.S. State Secretary John Foster Dulles leaves the Soviet UN headquarters at 680 Park Avenue, where he conferred with Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko. Dulles will head the U.S. delegation to the emergency session of the UN General Assembly which opens August 13. President Eisenhower, who arrived in New York, will address the Assembly.
