1941 Press Photo Anita Jockers International Typewriting Marathon Canada

Anita Jockers was the first American typing speed artist to qualify for the third annual marathon at the Canadian National Exhibition. She will represent San Francisco when the United States National Typing Team battles the Canadian National Typing Team in the two-week, day and night marathon August 22nd to September 6th. The International Trophy was taken by Canada last year and in 1939 by the United States.
