1939 Press Photo Gordon Edward McDonald Swindles Money From Women Kansas City

McDonald is held on charges that he obtained money from several women - school teachers and widows - after promising to marry them and pretending to need funds to complete a medical education and open practice. He was arrested in Mobile, Alabama, after New Orleans authorities broadcasted reports he was wanted.
