1948 Press Photo James Forbes Whiteford Sues for False Cancer Diagnosis London

Whiteford, 70, an American consulting engineer and efficiency expert, is suing two London doctors, alleging that they wrongly diagnosed cancer. He sold all his possession and returned to the United States to die. That was in 1942, and Mr. Whiteford is bringing suit at this time.
