1955 Press Photo Kenneth Hayes weighs 13-pounds and 11-ounces

Troy, New York-Day old Kenneth Hayes was the largest baby born in Samaritan Hospital in 57 years weighing 13-pounds and 11-ounces. His father, William Hayes of Schenectady, New York said that, "he never expected anything quite like this".
