Seattle, Washington - Not bothering to divorce three servicemen she married over a four-year period, Charlotte Avery Jaeger Rogers Oldhan Tapps, apprehended eleven weeks after fourth marriage to Robert Tapps, tells Seattle, Washington, prosecutor Floyd Reischling of attempted escape from detectives which involved several rooftop leaps and resulted in a sprained ankle, lost heel from right shoe, and immediate capture.
