1940 Press Photo James E. Stead show off a good advantage his 1275 pound Steer

James E. Stead show off and to good advantage his 1275 pound hereford steer, "Nevada King" which was adjudged the Grand Champion Steer of the 15th Annual Great Western Livestock Show at the Los Angeles Union Stock Yards. The "king" will later be lead into the auction ring to be sold to the highest bidder for choice Grand Championship Steak and Roasts.
