1946 Press Photo John McLoughlin & Edward Jacobs at Federal Building for Hearing

Photo shows John L. McLoughlin (L) seems unwilling to have his picture taken, but Edward L. Jacobs takes it all after they were apprehended by Federal Authorities and taken to Federal building. The two, both of Philadelphia are being held for further hearing in the theft of a truck load of clothing.
