Photo shows the close-up photo a "bomb wagon" planned by Police Chief Joseph T. Kluchesky has been added to that city's police force. Bomb wagon was constructed as a safeguard against saboteurs who might use bombs to cripple the city's defense industries, and for use in individual instances of terrorism. It consists of a remodeled patrol car, outfitted with a heavy steel hopper and reinforced springs. The 3,000 pounds hopper has passed experimental tests in which bombs ranging from 3-12 inch iron pipe.
