Walter Pipple relocated from Hennepin County, Minnesota to Matanuska Valley in Alaska where he has made $11,000 in the past two years which he had sought to pay off his government loan and operate independently of the co-operative. However, L.V Ray colony counsel has stated that he wanted to refund his grubstake without sharing ground or profits so a suit has been filed to eject him from the colony. Trial is set for January 9.
