Description
The cars above drive carefully through this flood street. Roads to the city from the outside are cut off and driving within the city may be stopped. The worst flood ever to strike Warren left some 400 homeless person and isolated a Hospital with 103 patients. The waters are expected to go higher as the waters of the Allegheny River and Conewango Creek continue to pour over their banks.
