Kansas City, Mo., was co-winner with Dallas, Tex., in group II in the National Safety Contest conducted by National Safety Council. The men holding the plaque are Col. John Stilwell, George Burns, T.J. Sebrun, Henry Johnson and John Rodahaffer.
