1951 Press Photo Investigation of Helen Ford Age 12 Marriage to Fathers Brother

South Bend - The marriage of 12-year-old Helen Ford, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Ford, of nearby Mishawaka, to her father's brother, George Ford, 26, was revealed and is being investigated by authorities. This photo of the child was made several months ago while she was a pupil in the sixth grade at a rural school.

Photo is dated 1951.
