Photo shows 2 1/2-month-old little David Rouzer run up against a regular Goliath of a hat that threatens to sink him on his arrival in New York aboard the liner "independence." The youngster has no trouble keeping everything under his hat which belongs to his father, Navy Commander Harvey Rouzer.
