1959 Press Photo George E. Dillon a Consulting Engineer of N.Y.C was accused

George E. Dillon, 53, a Consulting Engineer of New York City was accused of attempting to kidnap the four year old son of a wealthy automobile dealer from his home in Broomball. Dillon was arrested late at his home on a warrant from Pennsylvania Officials. The warrant charged that he tried to kidnap Robert Scoot, son of Raymond Scoot, Philadelphia Auto Dealer.
