Photo shows the 33-year-old Arnold Johnson in police custody after telling of killing William S. Brown, President of the Drivers' Union and one of the most powerful labor leaders in the Twin Cities. Johnson, an organizer of the same union went to friends after the shooting and spent several hours trying to convince them that he shot Brown after a drinking bout and it was not until they went to an auto parked on a busy street that they found the body and called police.
