1948 Press Photo Comb picking up a piece of paper

The girl after running the comb through her hair is picking up piece of paper, has been a favorite stunt for hundreds of years. General Electric Photographer, founds a photographic use for such "Hair Power". They set a high-sped photo-lights to a comb with a special attachment and used the voltage generated in combing hair to trip the camera shutter and flash light. The girl was able to take picture of her own by combing her hair.
