In a future setting and costume, Betty Lee Mitchell was chosen to assist D. Robert A. Milliken when he officially opens the World of Tomorrow Exposition at Pasadena, California. On February 13th, scientific and manufacturing achievements of the Southern California will be displayed. Sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, the exhibits will show Pasadena as a center of the scientific research and will include demonstrations from California Institute of Technology. The numerous important research laboratories, and manufacturer of devices, equipment and products which developed there during the war for offer to the "World of Tomorrow."
