1956 Press Photo Worst Blizzard of the year "Workman Shoveling Snow Off"

The worst blizzard of the year brought virtually everything to a standstill. High winds and 10 inches of snow fell forced schools and stores to close and traffic to a halt. The workman shoveling snow off a downtown sidewalk find comfort since "Spring is just around the corner".
