Blackout Machine inventor Eugene C. Pomeroy, President of the Radio Signal Products Corp. and Robert M. Franklin demonstrated for Senator Morris Sheppard, Left, Chairman of the Military Affairs Committtee in the Senate with Col. David A. Watt Military Aide to the Military Affairs Committee. The Machine claimed will prevent great loss of life in the U.S. is subjected to aerial bombardment and shot off power facilities in every American City.
