The three best known Nevadass citizens spent Sunday in jail charged with embezzlement of $ 516, 322.16, either from the state or from the Carson Valley Bank and they are: state treasurer Ed Malley, former state controller George A. Cole, and former cashier of the bank H.C. Clapp.
