1957 Press Photo Shirley Ann Ramsburg Recovers From Blue Ridge Mountains Ordeal

Ramsburg was three years old at time of photo, which was taken in the General Hospital of Charles Town, West Virginia. She was lost for 49 hours in the Blue Ridge Mountains and was found dirty, hungry, bruised and frostbitten.
