Above pictures are Mrs. Russell J.Homer whose her son Dean, suffered skull fracture when he ran into a truck on the street on 2/5 and refused to let him treated at St. Joseph's Hospital through physicians objections. Dean's parents signed papers allowing him to be taken home and releasing hospital and doctors from responsibility.
