Dynamiting of ice jam nearly wrecks bridge- This photo shows the bridge that was nearly damage because of the blasting created by the engineers to break the ice beneath it.The breaking of the jam relieved the pressure at this point, Annawan, Ill. and water returned to the regular channel.
