Description
Mrs. H. S. Bradford, of Rio de Janeiro, who came here to adopt a baby, holds the baby sister of twins Polly and Penny, whose parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rexford Brooker tried to "sell" for adoption to Mrs. Bradford for $1,800. The Brookers were arrested, meanwhile the fate of the children is undecided.
