Howard Schwartz, 5, of Morningside, MD, who has completely recovered from a rare operation last October which repaired congenital holes in the inner chamber of his heart, hitches a ride with his brother, Richard, 4, who will soon enter National Institutes of Health for identical surgery. The heart defect is not hereditary, and finding brothers with this type ailment "is one of the rarest things in the world", according to the father of the boys, a Capitol employee.
