1938 Press Photo Engineer Thomas Panter Tennessee Valley Authority Investigation

Thomas A. Panter, electrical engineer in charge of operation for the Los Angeles municpal Bureau of Power and Light, has been appointed engineer of the joint Congressional committee to investigate the Tennessee Valley Authority. Mr. Panter has been an executive of the municipal utility since 1908.
