(L-R) Richard, 10; George, 8; and Paul Kozmin, 7, 3 brothers born in German DP camp after WWII, and their brother, 8 mo-old Peter, born in Chicago, became subjects of international interest when Russian embassy in Washington revealed it is trying to gain custody of boys to send them to Russian, former home of parents. 3 boys have lived in foster homes since 1953 when both parents suffered mental break downs and were hospitalized. None of boys has ever seen Russia. Judge John H. Clayton, Jr., will rule on the case next month.
