The Kremlin has ordered puppet Premier Janos Kadar to turn the government of satellite Hungary over to Deputy Premier Ferenc Muennich. Kadar has supposedly been instructed to "concentrate on Party work" in his capacity as Communist First Secretary in Hungary.
