1930 Press Photo James H. Rutland Weds Hon. Marian Stanley, Westminster

Many society people attended the wedding of Mr. James H. Rutland and the Hon. Marian Stanley, elder daughter of Lord and Lady Ashfield at St. Margaret's Westminster on June 9th. Lord Ashfield is Chairman and Managing Director of the London Underground Electric Railway Co. The bride was attired in a beautiful dress of silver lame and tulle, while the six attendants in delphinium blue chiffon and blue crinoline "poke bonnet" hats evoked admiration from the crowd.
