1970 Press Photo Edward Polhamus Tells Senate About Ignored Flunked Aircraft

The photo was cut off, so name was hard to read. Polhamus finally comes out about a flunked aircraft that Air Force and contracted officials ignored for six years and never took the recommendations about changing the design.
