Urbes, with N.Y., National Commander of the DAV Cohn, was selected by the Disabled American Veterans to participate in a new type of training program for service-disabled veterans. The 5-month training course will be for the discharged veterans to act as "service officers" in helping rehabilitate disabled servicemen.
