1943 Press Photo Professor Teichman, Girls in Aeronautical Engineering, New York

Credit - ACME and NEA New York City - Some of the thirty girls who began an eight month course in aeronautical engineering listen to Professor Teichman who is pointing to the fuel consumption tester in the plan engine testing lab, at New York University. The school's quota is 50 girls, who will live at the Campagna House Dormitory. Some, taking the course given in the Guggenheim Building, have graduated from college while others are postponing the getting of their degree for the duration.
