Credit - UPI and NEA Houston - Mickey Clark, 17, arrested in a stolen car, attempted to make a break for freedom. He was escorted to headquarters between two police cars, then suddenly roared away, but rammed a nearby parked car. Shown is Officer T.J. Hollingshead, whose hands are seen, struggling to hold the prisoner on short return trip to station.
