Credit - International News Washington, D.C. - Scanning projected new Federal Budget is Frank Pace, Jr., who takes over as Director of Bureau of the Budget when present boss, James E. Webb, becomes undersecretary of state. Pace got the job last week after Webb was nominated for the job formerly held by Robert Lovett, who resigned with his boss, former secretary of state George Marshall.
