1946 Press Photo Cattle, Cow Palace, San Francisco First National Livestock Expo

Credit - ACME and NEA Victims of early morning wind and rain storm, these prize cattle were led from their fallen tents outside the Cow Palace to the tanbark and even the box seats for shelter. Boxes at left were emptied of chairs to make room for the refugees of the storm. The animals were being shown at First Grand National Livestock Exposition since the War.
