Credit - ACME and NEA In Washington, D.C., James Brownlee, Director of Transportation for the War Food Administration, will be named Deputy Administrator of the OPA in charge of price control. Mr. Brownlee, former president of Frankfort Distilleries, Inc., will be the first business man to fill an OPA policy-making position since Congress decreed the substitution of business men for professors. He will succeed Donald H. Wallace.
