Credit - United Press In South San Francisco, cars containing workers at the Bethlehem Steel Co. leave the main gate and pickets quickly form as President Philip Murray ordered an immediate strike of 650,000 steel workers throughout the country. Murray issued the strike order a half hour after Federal Judge Pine held that Mr. Truman had not Constitutional power to seize the mills.
