Credit - UPI and NEA In Prague, Yugoslavia's President Tito waves to a throng of flag-waving Czechs at Ruzine Airport on his way home after two days of "cordial and comradely" talks with Czechoslovakia's reform leaders. Looking on with a smile is Chech Communist Party Chief Alexander Dubcek (left). It is reported that Dubcek and his fellow reformers will hold talks with hardline East German boss Walter Ulbricht at the famed Czech spa, Karlovy Vary, near the East German border.
