A TWA Constellation plane from the United States circles over St. Peter's Square and its encircling Bernini's Colonnade, in the Vatican City in Rome, February 15, as Catholic prelates gathered in the Holy City from throughout the world for a papal consistory to create 32 new cardinals. St. Peter's Cathedral is just left of center. Immediately under the triple rudders of the airline is the Pope's Palace. Rome, Italy.
