Sad indeed was the plight of Venice, Washington park zoo elephant, as she tried futilely late Sunday night to get out of the moat into which she fell. Steps were later made with males of hay and she climbed up, unhurt, into her yard early Monday (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) (Zoos) (Elephants)
