New York-Plans for a divorce were announced by Mrs. John Ringling North Monday in New York. Mrs. North, the former Germaine Aussey, French film actress, said she would see a Florida divorce from the member of the Ringling circus family. They are shown in a picture taken aboard ship in New York May 10, 1940, the day before their marriage.
