A view of the eastern part of the town of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, where President Roosevelt is scheduled to pay a visit July 7, on his current vacation cruise. The Grand Hotel occupies the center of this picture. It is recalled that these islands, recently purchased, have some economic problems of their own, rum being the chief export product.
