Goodbye, they're going back to nature. Instead of city streets baked hot by the sun - green fields and a river. Instead of an exhausting summer in town - a happy, outdoor summer in the country. That is the prospect for 50 Milwaukee boys between the ages of 10 and 14 who have been deemed needy by the Norris Foundation and who left Milwaukee Monday for the Norris boy's camp on the Fox river, which is a part of the 730-cre Norris farm.
