Wiping away a tear in the upper picture is Mrs. Alice Dornblaser, 51, of 2530 North 4th street. She wept as she confessed to police late Thursday night that she killed her landlay, Mrs. Carrie Seymer, after an argument over the redecoration of her home. Mrs. Dornblaser said she wanted the home redecorated or the &65 a month rent lowered. Apartments in the building are sublet by the Dornblasers to two other families.
