Ilka Chase, author and actress, spoke Tuesday afternoon at a luncheon sponsored by the women's committee of the Milwaukee organization promoting the sale of bonds for Israel. The luncheon was held at the Schroeder hotel. Miss Chase, who has appeared on the stage, radio and television, arrived about an hout late.
